Used for high-throughput, high-precision automatic counting and thousand particle weight analysis of various types of small seeds with basically smooth surfaces, widely used in research departments related to small seed particle examination and variety breeding to improve work efficiency.

The weight measured by the electronic balance (g) divided by the number of particles intelligently counted by the core system multiplied by 1000=thousand particle weight (g/1000 particles). First, use a backlit ultra-thin light board to take photos and count, then pour the seeds into an electronic balance container. After 1 second of stabilization, the thousand particle weight will be automatically analyzed and input into the computer. The entire analysis process takes less than 9 seconds.

• Autofocus with a large depth of field of 8 million pixels for imaging, capable of analyzing particle sizes and types: 0.5-20mm for various types of particles with smooth surfaces. After adding the Zhongjing i600 dual light source scanner,It can measure various smooth seeds as small as 0.2mm,Scanning analysis measurement error ≤± 0.01mm.
• It can automatically calibrate the size and measure the average length, width, aspect ratio, area, and circumference parameters of the seeds.
• The sample size for a single analysis is approximately 1g of tobacco seeds, 3g of silkworm seeds, 15g of rapeseed, 10g of vegetable seeds, etc.
• Thousand particle weight analysis speed: 2400~30000 particles/minute.
• Numerical analysis error: Approximately circular seeds such as silkworm seeds, rapeseed, millet, soybeans, rapeseed, radish seeds, red beans, mung beans, cowpeas, etc., with an error margin of ≤± 0.1%. A very small number of particles can achieve 100% accuracy after monitoring and correction.
• It can be connected to a barcode gun to automatically scan the sample number, and the results of thousand particle weight analysis can be output to an EXCEL table corresponding to the sample number. The analysis image labeling results can be saved.
